I turned it on it works, it heats up /The plates that come with it, the 2 grilling plates, the one handle if you look , the plastic part is broke , it got a little bent , so it was hard to clip in to the grill , but you have to mess with a little bit , it will click on. I did bend it back and it's fine , but you do need to put it on a certain way , starting from the right. I don't know if it's missing any of the other trays.What you see is what it comes with.
