Auctions finishing on a weekend will usually be sent Monday morning. Auctions finishing on or before a holiday will ship first business day after the holiday. I print the majority of labels from home so completed auction items can be dispatched quickly and promptly to you.Shipping Fees: Most of my shipping fees are calculated according to your delivery address. Please do not ask us to ship to a different address as we will be unable to make the requested changes. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct before placing your order as we will now only ship to confirmed delivery addresses. This helps protect both you and myself.Combining Shipping Fees: I will combine shipping fees wherever I can to make things cheaper for you. Extremely large items may not be able to be combined. Please message me for a quote first or wait for an invoice before sending payment. I check daily for finished auctions and will respond quickly. If you win multiple auctions and decide to pay straight away, I will work out the best shipping option for you and refund any overpayment that you have made.International shipping: We are sorry but we do not currently offer International shipping. We only ship within the United States.Packaging: I ship using strong cardboard boxes with bubble wrap and/or paper stuffing where necessary. Boxes are sealed many times with strong tape. For smaller items they will ship in padded envelopes.Payment: I ship as soon as cleared payment is received. PayPal is preferred method of payment. I prefer payment within 3 business days where possible as the unpaid item assistant will start automatically after 4 days. If you need extra time to pay or are waiting for other auctions to finish, please message me via eBay to let me know and I will extend your payment time where necessary.Storage: Items are stored in boxes on shelves and smaller items in sealed containers to ensure minimal wear and tear. Even though the majority of my items are new , some may show minor shelf wear or store price labels. If there are any other significant marks , creases or damage to boxes I will point it out wherever I can in the auction description.Item Condition: If an item is marked as new, it has been purchased from a store, new and sealed. New does not mean mint condition. Slight shelf wear and or pricing labels may be expected. In 90% of my auctions this is very minor and hardly noticeable. In some cases if the box is badly damaged , marked or open , these auctions will typically be a few dollars cheaper than my regular prices. If a box shows signs of opening or has had tape removed from it, I will usually open the box fully myself to ensure all the contents are there. If there is any damage to a box other than minor shelf wear I will list it as such on the auction. If an item is marked as used it will be in excellent condition. I will not sell items that are damaged or missing parts.Where do I get my stock: I have been trading on eBay for a number of years, more recently as a specialist in one particular children’s toy. This new account is for items that do not fit into that category and may include new and used items , store closeouts and will be in a variety of categories. Feel free to ask me any questions about any of the items that I list.Holiday Shipping: It does get extremely busy around major holidays and we do ship daily. However, please be aware that delays can still occur. Ebay will sometimes post of severe weather delays or communications issues and I will notify you if there are any other issues concerning your items. I always provide tracking numbers so you can track where your parcel is. If you need an item by a specific date, example Christmas Day, please order as early as possible.
