Works great and heats properly. Nonstick plates are clean and in very good condition. Cosmetic condition is good with normal light wear from use. Note: The lid has a small amount of side-to-side play at the hinge, and the front latch closes but does not feel extremely tight. This does not affect functionality — the unit still closes and cooks properly. Designed for making quesadillas with 6 wedge sections, but can also be used for sandwiches, grilled cheese, and other quick meals.
